Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, Venmo, and credit cards.  Credit cards will incur a 2.7% processing fee.  Payment is expected on the day of service.  Payments that are more than 7 days late will be charged a late fee unless unusual circumstances exist that have previously been discussed with Dr. Luna-Repose.  Payment is non-refundable for services after they have been performed.

Dr. Luna-Repose and New Earth Pet Healing do NOT handle emergencies at any time.  It is mandatory that you also have a concurrent traditional veterinarian in case of emergency.

Dr. Luna-Repose sees patients Tuesday-Friday from 9-5pm.
